John Perrone of Baiting Hollow died Nov. 27 at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan. He was 67.
He was born Dec. 24, 1945, in Brooklyn to Gaetano and Angelina (Caputo) Perrone and was employed as a sales manager by Masland Carpet Mills in Mobile, Ala.
Predeceased by his wife, Veronica (née Reilly), in 2007, Mr. Perrone is survived by his daughters, Lori, of Miller Place, and Loni Lewis of Riverhead; and two grandchildren.
The family received visitors Dec. 1 at Reginald H. Tuthill Funeral Home in Riverhead. A funeral service took place Dec. 2 at St. Isidore R.C. Church in Riverhead, the Rev. Robert Kuznik officiating. Interment followed at the church cemetery.
