Avery E. Young of Aquebogue died June 13 at his home. He was 86.
The family will receive visitors Monday, June 18, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead. A funeral service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, at Old Steeple Community Church in Aquebogue. Interment will take place at Aquebogue Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to Old Steeple Community Church or the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation.
