Eleanor Jean Forte of Calverton died April 7, 2021, at age 83.
The family will receive visitors Sunday, April 11, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 12, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Greenport. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to donations to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.
