Carlo P. Oliveri, age 89 of Wading River, died May 4, 2016.
Carlo was the loving father of Rosarie Oliveri Rea, Frank Oliveri and Teresa Oliveri Nankervis; the cherished grandfather of Kristine, Peter, Samantha and Sydney; and great-grandfather of Jillian.
Carlo was a representative and vice president for the United Auto Workers Local 259 for over 30 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Carlo was a member of Riverhead Moose Lodge Post 1742, Riverhead Sportsman’s Club and played softball for many years at Stotzky Park. He will be missed by many.
The family received visitors May 8 at Alexander-Tuthill Funeral Home in Wading River. A funeral Mass was held May 9 at St. John the Baptist R.C. Church in Wading River. Interment took place at Wading River Cemetery.
